Production, Delivery, Packaging and Returns
Production Times and Delivery
Production Times:
All items are handmade from scratch with limited numbers of some items being held in stock, especially rings of different sizes. Therefore estimated production times will vary:
Items listed as in stock will usually be dispatched within 5 working days.
Items listed as made to order will usually be dispatched within 2-3 weeks.
There may be delays during peak ordering times - so if you need an order by a specific date it’s best to contact me directly.
If you are interested in an item listed as out of stock, please contact me and I can provide an idea of when these will next be available.
UK Orders:
All UK jewellery orders will be delivered with the Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm service and will be delivered by 1pm the next working day following dispatch. These items can be tracked online by visiting http://royalmail.com/track (you will receive shipping confirmation with your tracking number).
All orders within the UK include free delivery but do require a signature on receipt or they will be taken to your local delivery office - so please bear this in mind when selecting your delivery address.
International Orders:
At this moment in time Fran Blake Jewellery is only available for shipping within the UK. If you would like to order something for international delivery contact me directly for more information.

Packaging
Safeguarding the environment is very important to me and as such all packaging has been selected with sustainability in mind. All packaging materials are either: made from recycled material (I take particular pride in our ribbon made from recycled plastic bottles!), recyclable or biodegradable and are selected to limit transportation as much as possible.
Returns
Damaged goods:
All possible care is taken with safely packaging and posting your order. If however, you receive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact me directly within 5 working days along with an image of the damaged or incorrect piece. I will resolve any issues as quickly as possible: either by replacing the item or refunding the order and arranging for you to return the faulty item to us by post (covering any additional delivery costs).
Non-Faulty returns:
If you change your mind, or need a different size and want to return a non-faulty item, please contact me within 14 days of receipt. Pieces must be returned in undamaged, unworn condition in the original packaging. Your refund will be processed within 7 calendar days of return. If a replacement is needed, I will contact you directly with an estimated re-delivery timescale. Please note these items are not eligible for free returns or re-delivery. I strongly recommend returning any items using a tracked service with compensation cover for high value pieces as I am unable to refund items that are lost in transit when they are uninsured.
Rings:
If you purchase a ring from me and it is the wrong size, I can provide a free of charge exchange for an alternative size. If this is the case, simply contact me and I will advise you on expected production time; as items are handmade, occasionally there may be a small delay with this unless the alternative size is in stock. This service is available for one ring resizing request per order, all you need to do is arrange the postage back to me. Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on any customised pieces, however these often can be resized.
Unfortunately I cannot accept undamaged returns on the following items:
Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
Commission or customised pieces
